Cabinet Humidors
Cabinet Humidors function almost the same way as plain cigar humidors, with merely the added embellishment. They are also for the cigar enthusiast who has a very large collection of cigars. You can either store boxes of cigars in the cabinet humidor or just the cigar itself; it all depends on your preference. A good quality cabinet humidor will be lined with Spanish cedar, which maintains the humidity level in the humidor. The humidor should also have a constant temperature level of 70° Fahrenheit, and a humidity level of 70%. Once you do buy the humidor, you must always check it to make sure the temperature and humidity level is in place, and whether it needs refilling or not. Cabinet humidors aren’t cheap, however. There are cabinet humidors starting from only $200, and ranging all the way to $600 or more, so make sure that when you are buying one, you invest your money in a good quality humidor that will preserve your cigars properly.
